About Ron Masa Ph.D. - I am a spiritual psychologist with two Ph.D.s (they were having two-fers at the time) from the University of Michigan... (but I’m feeling much better now!) I’ve been in the Helping Profession and teaching for 30+ years. I have directed treatment programs for delinquents, worked with alcoholics, troubled families, psychiatric patients, and that truly disturbed population: academics! I taught graduate courses (training therapists) at UCLA, Michigan, and Naropa University, consulted with, designed and evaluated treatment programs, wrote a column on dreams and taught endless classes ranging from psychology to dreamwork to psychic development. The last 20 years of my private practice in psychotherapy and Education have been devoted to DreamWork, the I Ching, mystic poetry, Dr. Ron’s Growth Club, and work with the “unconscious” or “higher self”. My neo-Jungian approach to dreams is most similar to Jeremy Taylor's. I now teach only what I love the most, and am at my best when teaching. My style is often playful, yet I am very serious about dreamwork as communion with our higher self. My professional work is also my spiritual service...
